Consulting Agreement

By submitting payment, Client agrees to the following terms. This payment constitutes a binding consulting agreement between Client and Closing Day Agency, d/b/a Qinary ("Company").

Upon execution of this agreement, Company will assign dedicated resources to develop the event strategy deliverables outlined in this scope of work. Payment is due in full upon engagement and reserves Company's consulting capacity for the project timeline.

Scope & Deliverables

This is a one-time consulting engagement. Deliverables include the Event Strategy Document, messaging framework, funnel playbook, and all items outlined in the scope above. Two keynote and workshop sessions by Buck Wise and Jeff Jessen are included at no additional fee. Client is responsible for travel and accommodation costs for both speakers (estimated $3,000 to $4,000).

Travel & Expenses

Travel, accommodation, and ground transportation for speakers will be invoiced separately at cost, or Client may book directly. Expenses will be documented and submitted for reimbursement within 14 days of the event.

Content & Intellectual Property

All strategy documents, frameworks, messaging guides, and creative assets produced by Company for Client remain the intellectual property of Client upon full payment. Company retains the right to reference the partnership in portfolio and case study materials unless Client provides written objection.

Refunds

Closing Day Agency, d/b/a Qinary, does not issue refunds. Payment constitutes acceptance of these terms. If the event is cancelled or postponed, the strategy engagement and deliverables remain valid and transferable to a rescheduled date.
